I wrote this song in Toledo, Spain in the summer of 2005. I was re-reading Conrad's Heart of Darkness, and I fell in love with it. I translated bits and pieces of it into Spanish, and I thought it would make a cool song. So I used the character Marlow as a point of departure to write this tune. I went nuts with the guitar parts putting down layer after layer. It's a bit self-indulgent, but I figure that you must be up for it if you're still listening after the first 17 tracks.

Ese misterioso arreglo de lógico implacable con propósitos fútiles.
Lo más que de ella se puede esperar es cierto conocimiento de uno mismo. Llega demasiado tarde...una cosecha de inextinguibles remordimientos.
